3. Order Fulfillment & Delivery

For digital services:

• Most services begin within 3–5 business days of payment and onboarding completion.

• Project timelines are provided individually and vary based on the scope of work.

• All deliverables will be provided digitally, either via email or through your preferred project management platform.

We do not sell physical goods or ship any items.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please reach out to our team to discuss a resolution. No refunds will be issued for completed services or digital deliverables already sent.

5. Cancellations

Monthly service plans can be canceled at any time with 7 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle. Cancellation must be sent to team@revved.digital. For custom project-based work, cancellation terms are defined in the individual service agreement.

7. Legal & Export Restrictions

We do not offer services or engage in business with individuals or entities located in embargoed or sanctioned countries as defined by the U.S. government.

If we offer promotional pricing or free trials, all terms will be clearly disclosed at the time of the offer. Promotions are non-transferable and may be revoked at our discretion.
